Philippians 2:5-13 urges us, “Let the same mind be in you that was in Christ, who though he was in the form of God…emptied himself…” Especially in reflecting on Jesus’ path through Holy Week, what is a way you can practice “emptying” yourself in obedience to God and service to others? (e.g. giving away time, money, or service to benefit others; giving compliments or encouragement whenever you feel like seeking them)
Secretly, do at least one kind thing for someone each day. Let all the things you do simply be for the sake of the other person, not to receive thanks. Let some be things the other person isn’t likely to notice, so that only you will know the good you have done.
